* asgandha buti ki jan aur khand brabr le ttha kut piskar churn kar le. prtidin dono samay 5gram se 10gram tak garm milk ke sath sevan kare yah gathiya ka achuk ilaj hai.
* ajvaen,gugl,mal kngni,kala dana, charo aaushdiy brabr matra me lekar kut pish le ttha jal (water) milakar chane ke brabr goli bna le. 4 goli milk se le. kuch din me gsthiya rog se chutkara mi jayega.
